Simply upload your photo, choose your preferred style and colour, and place your order. Our designers will turn your photo into a unique 3D printed shoe charm made just for you.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with the face looking towards the camera produce the best results. Avoid blurry images or photos where the face is covered.
Can you make charms of people and pets?
Yes! We can create personalised shoe charms of people, dogs, cats, and many other pets. We also offer custom logos and unique designs.
What colours are available?
Our Single Face Collection is printed in a single solid colour. We regularly introduce new colour options, so check the product page for the latest selection.
How long does my order take?
Orders are usually designed, printed and quality checked within 3–5 business days before being shipped.
Will my charm fit my brand of Clogs shoes?
Yes! Our charms are designed to fit standard clogs holes and other compatible clog-style footwear securely.
Are the charms waterproof?
Yes. Our charms are made from durable PLA material and are suitable for everyday wear. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to excessive heat.
Can I order multiple charms?
Absolutely! Many customers order matching charms for friends, family, sports teams, events, or multiple pairs of shoes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only are setup for Malaysia & Singapore however stay tuned for other shipping locations!
What if I have a problem with my order?
If your charm arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Every order is individually reviewed by our design team before printing. While previews aren't included as standard, we carefully check each design to ensure it captures the key features of your photo.
Can I use copyrighted characters or celebrity photos?
We can create charms from photos that you own or have dediccated permission to use. We may not be able to produce designs that infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
